Level 1 Reiki Course: Your Introduction to Reiki
Welcome to the world of Reiki! Our Level 1 Reiki course is designed to introduce you to this wonderfully powerful healing practice. During the course, you’ll receive your attunement to Reiki energy and learn essential hand positions, giving you the tools to start your Reiki journey.
These one day courses run from 10am to 4.30pm. Afterwards you’ll receive ongoing support and you’ll be able to schedule follow-up sessions anytime you feel the need for further guidance or practice.
Before the course begins, I’ll email you a manual to read through so you can get familiar with the concepts. After completing the course, you’ll also receive a tutorial video to help reinforce what you’ve learned.

I’m running refresher courses so that you can brush up on your skills again and get back into the swing of it.
These courses run from 10am to 4pm. You’ll also receive another attunement or ‘Tune up’ as I like to call it.
