What can I expect from a Reiki course?
Here is an example of what a level 1 Reiki course will consist of:
Level 1 Reiki course. This is your introduction to the exciting world of Reiki. You’ll receive your attunement to Reiki and be taught the hand positions etc. This is a 2 day course 10am to 3pm & 10am to 2pm. Follow up sessions are available at your request if you feel you need further practice.
Support is always ongoing.
You’ll be emailed a manual beforehand to read prior to the course starting. You’ll also receive a tutorial video after you’ve completed the course.
Do you suffer from anxiety, depression or pain? Do you find it difficult to sleep or relax? Reiki 1 is focused on healing yourself (But not exclusively, you can practice it on family and friends). Using Reiki daily will help you immensely, it’s so easy to learn and do. Let me open you up to a whole new world
