A sound bath has many health benefits.  Waves of soothing, echoing sound from crystals or Tibetan singing bowls. chimes, hand drums, tuning forks, gong and the human voice can also be used.

Sound Therapy is effective in not only achieving a state of relaxation but it also has a way of moving through blockages in the body.

A sound bath can have a soothing effect on the mind and body and help ease symptoms for many conditions, including chronic pain, stress, insomnia, depression, anxiety and PTSD.

During a sound bath you lie on your back and let the waves wash over you.  The vibration from the bowls allows you to fully relax and sitting off the bodies fight or flight reflex.

Our bodies are made up of 70 to 80% of water, so by applying something as simple as sound to the body it sends a ripple effect right throughout it. Just think about how you feel when you come out of a concert, you’re literally buzzing! The same can be said about a sound bath.

For those that maybe struggle to relax doing meditation, they can find that a sound bath takes them to that deeper relaxing state they were looking for.

How long is a sound bath?

A session can be 30 minutes to an hour long.

I can provide you with either individual 1 to 1 sessions or a session for 2 people.

I use a mix of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, rain sticks and a 30 inch Paiste symphonic gong.

I’m currently unable to provide sound baths in your workplace or in a hall. I hope that I can resume this again at some point.

You can make your appointment via our online booking system.
